RENTAL AGREEMENT
By signing up for membership, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions: Customer assumes responsibility for loss or damage to the film until it is returned. Rental items must be returned to the store from which they were rented. Customer assumes responsibility for all rentals by authorized renters listed on their account. Rental or replacement fees will be paid at time of rental or return. Any balance due may be charged against the security deposit on file, or credit card on file. See store for further details. Quick-Flix will gladly accept reservations for movies on a same day basis only. Movies in stock will be held for a customer until 8:00pm. For movies that are rented out, reservations will be taken and filled in the order received. The customer will be notified by telephone and the film held until 8:00PM. Reseverations are availabe 7 days a week but may be suspended during extreme weather conditions or other times we experience high demand. Sorry, but reservations are not taken on adult (X-rated) films.

All films are due by 10PM the designated due date. Late fees will be charged according to rental rate schedule [$3.99/night for New Releases and $1.99/night for Catalog Titles]. Films not returned within 10 days of rental will be considered sales and the full retail price plus accumulated late fees will be charged to the customer. Any balance unpaid after 30 days may be charged against security deposit on file, or credit card on file. Uncollectible fees may be placed for collection with a collection agency. Any collection costs plus interest will be the responsiblilty of the customer. A processing fee of a minimum of $1.00 (5% on balances over $20.00) will be added to all balances which are 30 days or more past due.
